This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by STS Apostille & Attestation service
(“STS”, “we”, “us”, “our”) including apostille, attestation, state/SDM authentication, MEA services, embassy legalization, notary services, translation, document pickup, processing, shipping, and support services.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated in this policy.
1. General Principles
Due to the specialized and government-dependent nature of apostille and attestation services:
