What Data We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide our services:
Identity & Contact data — name, date of birth, nationality, address, email, phone number.
Document data — scanned copies or digital copies of passports, birth/marriage certificates, educational certificates, affidavits, powers of attorney, and other documents submitted for apostille/attestation/translation (which may contain personal or sensitive information).
Transaction & Billing data — payment information, invoices, billing address, etc. (We do not store full card numbers; payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.)
Technical & Usage data — IP address, device/browser information, cookies and access logs (from our website).
Third-party data — when needed, data we receive from government portals, consulates, authorised agencies, or from your authorised representatives.
